(IMPORTANT) Can I Modify / Cancel My Order?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, once payment is confirmed and your order moves into preparation, our skilled craftsmen begin working on it right away. As a result, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible at this stage. However, if needed, you can still update the shipping address by contacting our customer service before the order is marked as “shipped.”

Will I Have to Pay Import Tax for My Order?

  4. Remove Before Applying Chemicals: Take off your jewelry before applying perfume, cologne, or other chemical products to prevent damage.

  5. Gentle Cleaning: Clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be careful not to over-polish, as this can affect the finish.
